Wanted to buy contacts, no one in lobby but full of workers got told, I'll be with you in a few minutes sir. A patient checked in then I ask front desk and got told again I'll be right with you. Waited 5 more min another patient checked in and got called right away. Finally got helped ready to buy contacts and got told wait to be called. 10 minutes gone by they called other patients and not me. Nearly hour goes by and I was first one there got no help. They care for others first than their own people
Adnin Darla in HR was So inefficient , she was rude very unprofessional lied several times about ecaf program. That I was at the wrong place and then I asked for email to get ahold of her boss and she refused to give me any help or contact I left thier in tears as if I'm not going through enough so don't bother going thier in person i suggest you use the internet # truth # bad administration
The quality of care has decreased since COVID. As a customer you feel like you are part of an assembly line when they call to get shots and schedule annual appointments so they can collect their reimbursements by checking a box for their standard care. No personal care, and lack of relationships with providers who genuinely care about your overall health.
Nathan Lukes is not in order, didn't sign the electronic pharmacy slip, didn't sign or consent for a voucher for my friend and her kids to get home. All he cares about is seeing the next patient. Now I have to spend my lunch hour giving them a ride home because he is unorganized. Thanks Nathan. Do Not Recommend him unless you want your time wasted.
I have been getting care here since I was born. This company has come a long way! The Nuka System of Care is how I wish every hospital was run. I wouldn't want to receive care anywhere else.
