I went once to see if I could find a cheap van and they told me they were only available at the Otay auctions, but they were giving away food baskets and they gave me some, and I kept going so I could help a group in Tijuana that helps many people who have problems with drugs and alcohol, and they don't charge anything; the goal is to help whoever wants it.
