I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Julie and the other staff members at Four Corners Primary Care Center. Throughout my visit, the team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. Julie, in particular, displayed exemplary dedication and attention to detail. Her respectful demeanor, and commitment to patient care were evident and deeply appreciated. I would like to commend the entire staff—excluding the physician—for their outstanding performance and for upholding such a supportive and well-organized environment. Their efforts did not go unnoticed, and I am grateful for the quality of service I received at the front desk of this center. Thank you for maintaining such high standards of care.

They really need to get a better receptionist in Roxanne is the most incompetent receptionist I've met. She does not understand English or how to transfer the calls. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND Update 10/23/2025 I've been asking for my child's physical for the past 2 days first they said I need to set up portal then they emailed me a summery of the doctors visit when i asked for the physical they said they don't provide that to send it over so i did they emailed me back saying I need to make another appointment for a sports one I explained that's what i asked for when we were at the doctors office for the visit no one speaks good English Ms. Alcione Ramalho and Denise Medina messaged me though the portal but no ones knows what they are doing one word incompetent

There isn't enough characters for me to explain how excellent of a provider Dr. Khalid is !!!! I've been a patient of this clinic since 2008. I know that sometimes there's very long wait times but since I started seeing Dr. Khalid that doesn't matter to me. She goes above and beyond for her patience.I have lived it personally where I have been very, very ill to the point that I should be going to the hospital And she is on the weekends calling me constantly 3 to 4 times per day. She actually listens to me !!!

I went there to get a physical and some vaccines because I needed to volunteer to get my certification and I missed the opportunity because the doctor forgot to do a blood count. They left me waiting for 2 hours and no one knew about me and they didn't follow me up either. Very bad experience I don't know how that place is not closed by the health department. To give you a result they use sheets in poor condition and not even an envelope used. A total disaster. Terrible service

This place is unorganized, unprofessional, and does not respect the time of their patients. I show up for a 3:15 appointment for my baby and was left waiting while they took other patients before me. I waited an hour before I even asked what was going on, just to be told "you're up next. It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes" only to wait another 20 and see 2 other people who arrived after me be seen before my infant. No one was apologetic and after they took yet another walk-in visit before my child, who had a SCHEDULED appointment, I finally had enough and left...at that point it was 4:45. This isn't the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd time I've encountered ridiculously long waits like this at this location and that's not even including the times I've arrived and was told the doctor was away for lunch during my scheduled appointment time. This place needs better scheduling, management, and people who actually care about the work they do. Unless this is your only option, look elsewhere.
