The front desk are kind and respectful , but the gynecologist Dr. Nora and his student are unprofessional. They are dismissive and mock you by talking slow as if you don’t understand. If you do indeed go take a male along with you because they were talking to us as if we were clueless and from the start. Dr. Nora came with an aggressive/ condescending tone expressing as if we are in middle school and didn’t understand a word, so he would talk in a slow form as if he was teaching us. All I know is that they could have been more professional and speak with a normal tone like they should to adults, instead of a condescending and dismissive tone making it seem as if either of us did something wrong or never understood anything from the start. I just hope they don’t talk in a mocking/ condescending tone to other patients in the future.

I would highly recommend avoiding this place. When I went in for a checkup I was told I only had 10-15 minutes and for each concern I could make a different appointment. Getting my blood work results back was frustrating as well. There is a lack of care or concern here. I was told I could wait a month as the dr was going on vacation, take an appointment in 4 hours (which I could not do) or go to another office almost an hour away to meet a new doctor. Then I was told I would have to pay for a doctor to tell me my results. Very unprofessional and lacks empathy and care.

Sarah Melby is great! She explains to you and is so kind and patient with your child. I have great experiences with both my daughters. Definitely recommend you to take your children to her.

Staff is very efficient and Dr. Park does a great job caring for all three of my grand children’s asthma. We have been seeing her for close to 2 years and they have not had to go to the ER for asthma symptoms because they are being managed so well with preventive inhalers, albuterol as needed and other recommendations from Dr. Park. She holds several medical degrees and is very knowledgeable in many areas. So thankful we have her as one of our providers!

She listened to everything I said, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood every detail about my health and the steps I needed to take. She made me feel comfortable and respected the whole time. I’m really grateful for the care she gave me 100% !
