I had a doctor’s appointment on Tuesday 11/25 with Nancy at 3:45pm i didn’t get out of the doctors until after 5pm. She told me to call back Wednesday if i still did not feel good for medication i called back Wednesday as soon as they opened at 8am called all day up until 4:30pm. Kimberly kept answering the phone saying she was waiting on Nancy never heard anything back.Called on thanksgiving spoke with a doctor that was on call and finally got my prescription sent over. Very unprofessional. They also take forever to answer the phone. I called and spoke with a supervisor named Amber she said they are short staffed is why it takes so long for them to answer and that she’d get back to me in regards to why they never sent me prescription over. I was already skeptical of going to Nancy because of the negative reviews of her online, my normal primary here is Lyneisha but she wasn’t available. Hopefully they can get staff or just let people know before scheduling with them. A lady named Amanda just called me back very rude, said the prescription was sent in and her name is A M A N D A and hung up. This place is ridiculous!

When I arrived at the office at 0800, I was the second person to sign in to get some lab work done. At 845 the first person was called back to get work done. Why say you open at 0800 when the lab tech doesn’t even walk in at 830? Also… I go to the behavioral health side and the provider is ALWAYS late for a Telehealth appointment… not like 5mins late like 20mins. This is the worst. Go somewhere else.

I go here for behavioral health and medicine management and my doctor Gbemisola Mojelope is the worst doctor I have ever had in my life. I am an assault victim which is why I’m going here and I had an appointment with her yesterday about having serious anxiety attacks and fainting and that the medicine is not working and she acted as if she didn’t even care about what I had to say or care about what I’m going through. She was very nasty and ignorant while talking to me explaining why I shouldn’t contact her multiple times a day. She requested I take a drug test when I asked to change medications and she got very offended and ignorant when I asked her a simple civil question on why I had to take the drug test. All I asked was “do you think I’m a drug addict” and she became very unprofessional. After my appointment I had an anxiety attack and was crying in the waiting room because of how she spoke to me. No one helped me just gave me my papers and told me have a nice day. I would give 0 stars if I could.

If I could leave 6 stars I would. EVERYONE there is beyond lovely, sweet, and patient. My doctor is Andrew and he was so wonderful:) The nurses and the ladies at the front are gems! AND TO THE MAN THAT DID MY BLOOD WORK YOU’RE A LEGEND!!!! I am beyond terrified of needles and was losing sleep knowing I was getting my blood drawn, he was done before I even realized he started. If you’re looking for someone to go… go here.
