Dr. Wilson is awful. Doesn't listen, extremely rude. He laughed when I asked questions instead of explaining. He always assumes you want drugs instead of actually helping even for a sinus infection. Look somewhere else for care because the doctors and staff don't care.

Megan G is always amazing when we come here she goes out of her way to do anything she can to help you she's one of the reasons I will never go to another office!!! I recommend family medical center in temperance they treat you with respect listen to you and do everything I can't help

Absolute JOKE!!!! I had 4 teeth extracted. The next day I woke up and my head is swollen. And I'm in extreme pain. I called and asked for anything from the "Doctor". Nope, they just wanted to schedule another appointment, at a time I have to be to work. No caring or compassion, just a downright joke. They treat people like this bc they are "lower income."

My daughter didn't have a good experience with a new female doctor there. Foreign and very broken English. Had no clue of how things are done here. Daughter wasn't feeling well, cold systems. Suggested using honey. Ended up with fluid in ears and sinus infection. Something really easy to fix.

Dr. Stephen is amazing, I’ve seen many different psychiatrists over the years, but this is the only one who truly took the time to listen to me. He is compassionate, patient, and makes me feel genuinely understood. His guidance has made a huge difference in my mental health, and I finally feel supported in a way I never have before.
