Has anyone else had extreme poor/improper from their dentistry? I’m trying to find anyone who may have had similar problems. I had X-rays done and everything. They seemed very rushed and in a hurry. I needed a root canal and they gave me fillings instead. I was in discomfort and pain so I went back in and all they told me was that it was normal due to bruising and tenderness. The pain never went away but it was tolerable. The other night I woke up in extreme pain in my mouth and had to go to the er. I then had to go to dentist urgent care and they told me what was wrong and that it was malpractice. Due to the fact I was given wrong treatment, my nerve died and two teeth are infected. I’m taking three different medications on very high doses because I’m in such pain.

Absolutely AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL, LOVING, CARING STAFF!!!!! Dr. Megan Montague literally SAVED MY DAUGHTERS LIFE!!!! And is now my son's Peds doctor as well!!! Absolutely LOVE HER!!! I see Dr. Jackson and she is absolutely AMAZING as well!!! She delivered my son and just loves and cares about him! Great staff ALL AROUND in the Doctors office 🥰

This place is a joke. Just moved back and trying to find a pcp. I got an appointment with dr. Jackson… never again. Didn’t listen to a word I said. I have major neck problems and less than 30 seconds after telling her “you can’t touch my neck or I’ll scream” she proceeded to walk over and tell me she wants to feel my neck. At which point I flat out told her no. Then she left the room so I started to have a private conversation just to find her standing outside the door listening. Piss poor care, even worse listening skills. I’ve been to a lot of doctors and she was by far the worst! Even 1 star is being generous.

My experience here has been great, except for the fact that I came to my son‘s doctor appointment today and was told that he would not be seeing if his new patient paperwork was not done. Now I have sent this paperwork through the portal and through the mail, and I even handed the paper to the girl at the window before leaving at my last drs appointment. The girl that checked me in after explaining this to her gave me such attitude pretty much saying that’s not my problem we don’t have it. She made me do it again and after telling her the lady I gave the forms to she said well we still don’t have it!

Ruth, the old dental receptionist was condescending and manipulative. The staff there took offence to me wanting to be with my children in the rooms!! And from there on out they just were rude and out to make our appointment a bad experience so that we wouldn't go back right up to the female dentist, and so mission accomplished, we're definitely not going to go back, and I wouldn't recommend this place at all I will drive an hour away if I have to, to not have to go through that and put my children through that especially when I asked over the phone about being present with each of my 3 kiddos in the rooms. they started treatment on my daughter without even acknowledging me they just asked my child what she wanted!! Then started working!! Dangerous. I stopped it! And left!
