I love this place. Have been going there for two years. Every time I talked to the staff, they were so patient and helpful! Gave me all the information I needed and navigated me when I asked how exactly I access my patient portal. Their service literally beyond my expectation!! I am very grateful! 💕

Ute literally commits malpractice all the time. Right now she's denying my friend disability even though my friend has several diagnoses that qualify. Ute said the chronic pain from things like a spinal injury is "only in your head" "you don't need disability". She won't give referrals based on actual professional recommendations because apparently she knows more than the specialists saying stuff like "They won't find anything any way" She even saw me for an injury but never looked at the injury. I described what happened and she prescribed me treatment that didn't work. I know several people that have seen her and she just doesn't care. She shouldn't be in this field.

I came to East Hill Medical recently and had a shocking encounter. I am overweight and need weight loss medication. I believe east hill submitted incorrect information to excellus and i asked them to resubmit. Below is the response i received. You might want to rethink coming to this place. I do not want to discuss this any further. I told you that it would not be approved for the reasons they denied it. Please call them directly yourself to argue your case.

Just absolutely AMAZING to say the very least that every time I put an H-O-N-E-S-T review on here about East Hill that does NOT violate googles policies, a short time later it disappears yet and still when OTHER people put negative reviews on here about them, THAY STAY with zero problems. THAT seems extremely fishy to me, none the less, here it is again and this time this HONEST review that does NOT violate googles policies had BETTER stay on here. I would NEVER recommend this place. And before I go on, if they DO answer back on this, I don't wanna read the same ole, same ole , something like "Please consider reaching out to our administration team to review your experiences." O-R "We encourage you to reach out to share your experiences. You can call the main line, and hit the prompt for the administration to speak to a member of the leadership team." Or any other of their NONSENSE really not needed replies. They are really played ladies. MY review is they really don't care about their patients. All they care about is keeping their jobs. And they are pretty much helpless in the first place. If someone goes there for a problem, all they do is dial 911 for them. ANYONE can do THAT. So why bother going there in the first place? Just go to the hospital, they are going to send you there anyway and I certainly don't mean Auburn Community Hospital, they are even WORSE - Go to St. Joes. And the one there Adam Duckett is a complete joke. Tells a woman with a cane that can barely walk, "This is your bootcamp." I DON'T REALLY CARE WHAT YOU DISCUSS OR DO NOT DISCUSS. I NEVER ASKED YOU THAT AND THAT IS COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT TO THE TRUTH.

I love this place. I come here for my primary and mental health and they're amazing. They're all very friendly and kind. I'm not a big fan of therapy, but my therapist makes me feel very comfortable. And I get nervous being at any doctor's offices, but my primary and the nurses all make me feel very at ease. They all know me by name and seem happy to see me. I get anxious going pretty much anywhere but here.
