Honest Person

Came here today 02 18 2026 to have my BP checked this is my primary Doctor location, everyone was very pleasant and professional like always. Went to lab to have my blood drawn a phlebotomist by the name of Amanda Alvarez was going to assist me. While Amanda was preparing to draw my blood I ask her: are you a good poker? I go no response. I am thinking she did not hear me so I asked again, are you a good poker? Amanda paused then spoke up in a negative tone and said: ARE YOU GOOD AT WHAT YOU DO!!!??. I then said I did not mean to offend you I was just being humorous being that i have this procedure done before if you can get it the first time let someone else try. Then she said I did not mean to defend you either. So she begin to put the band on my arm I said please don't hurt me I feel as if your upset. She then yanked the band off my arm and went to the back and told another staff to draw my blood that she was not going to do it. I WAS SHOCKED! A black lady came to assist me Amanda took a seat in front on me. I then begin to explain to The black phlebotomist that I meant no harm and that Amanda got offended. Amanda then started arguing saying WE can turn up in here meaning fight me so I defended myself and told her WE CAN I was just being humorous with you. Amanda kept arguing we kept going back and forth. The black phlebotomist begin to break up our argument again I kept explaining i meant no harm but if Amanda want to turn up WE can. At this point someone came from the back and told Amanda to leave. Amanda then started calling me Ignorant and stupid, someone pushed her to the back because Amanda was acting as if she was coming for me and continued argue. The lady took Amanda to a room shut the door. I still could hear Amanda hollering and saying negative things. This was very much uncalled for, The black phlebotomist stated Amanda was having a bad day. I told her I have nothing to do with that and I did not say anything wrong. Amanda does not need to work in such environment dealing with customer service her character was uncalled for and I filed A Complaint and will follow up on it...Everyone else was professional like always...If she was having a bad day I feel she should have stayed home.

Dentist Liang is the worse I ever experience at the Dental office. She left me out sitting waiting to be served all morning long. Seems that this clinic accept only Hispanics " what a shame". In the past 4 years, I have been two times for extractions, attended by black dentist without a single problem! Last month I was literally thrown out of the clinic by Dr. Liang without explanations, I wish at least she will say why. There is more detail that Due to time, I cannot explained but she walked me out, I stand near the exit door just to hear her mocken and lol with the hispanic personell at clinic front desk at that dental office, like it was a joke! I think it was so unprofessional, and Yes this happened at Lincoln Comm. Dental offices managed by Dr Liang. We should be treated with dignity & respect....no matter what...and yes I am half Hispanic but just carrying the wrong skin color! Injustice. My PCP approved my dental extraction after me visiting her but Dr. Liang ignored it all. Poor service!

Had an appointment on the day we had a snow storm. Tried to call them left them a message they never got back to me. Just went there as soon as they were open NONE of the wic staff were there. I’ve waited for 1 hour and a half until all wic staff came out from a conference room throwing a baby shower party for one of their employees( which I’m cool about that) but would be nice if they did it either before or after hours NOT DURING OPENING HOURS FOR CLIENTS!!! They didn’t even apologize for the wait for other clients not just me. I find that very unprofessional

They tried to give me Spanish paperwork to sign and I don’t even speak Spanish. The white/hispanic lady in the adult check in is extremely rude! She made me feel so stupid for not knowing I need a copay when I had 3 insurances on file

I have the best Dr. There (Dr.Melton) and she has been my Dr. since 1995. I've cried in her presence and she has always been a great support. She is truly a care giver. I don't think I would ever find a doctor like her.
