It's almost like the people who work at this place hate people in general. How dare a patient need a prescription ! Because if you call it in for a refill 6 days ahead your pharmacy ends up having to send 4 reminders to which no one in the clinic responds to your request till it is too late and then you cannot get it. All the gateway clinics work this way pretty much and do not give a crap if you get your prescribed meds or not. A diabetic without their meds could actually DIE. As many of these I write and NO ONE seems to care. THEY SHOULD SHUT THIS CLINIC

Unorganized appointment scheduling, go into the office to see your PCP only to be put in an examination room with a laptop and have a virtual meeting with a NP that you’ve never seen before. Another time, I was scheduled for a virtual at home appointment; waited for a call that never happened. These incidents are very discouraging.

Racist Doctor! The head lady is Racist if you don't have dark skin. Experienced it first hand and seen it in action. Some (not all) of the other employees are the same way. Sad she feels the need to take her angry out on people that don't have dark skin just because she has or had issues and problems in her life. Not welcomed in the Medical field and she is abusing her position.

I have had good experiences there. They have been very friendly. The new dr., Dr Hair is great!!! It is sometimes hard to reach them by phone and they had 2 different doctors back to back. New doctor really knows her stuff and takes time to help you!

I had the worst experience here today. The woman "Doctor/Nurse Practitioner" that seen me was incredibly rude. She immediately stated that she was "too busy for this" and hurried through the visit. She wasn't professional AT ALL and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. I had appointments scheduled for my children and cancelled them as soon as I left. I was disrespected and my confidential information was yelled out through the halls by this woman. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with a health care provider in my entire life. Everything about this woman was unprofessional, from her attitude to her appearance. I feel violated and disgusted. I wish I could give a more negative rating. Smh. It is sad because this is a small town and we depend on this place for healthcare. I am saddend to think our elderly and children are treated the same way I was treated today. On a lighter note... The receptionist and nurse were okay.
