It's disrespectful to arrive early to make an appointment and not even be familiar with the power generators when the appointment area opens at six in the morning they arrive at 8 😂😂😂 that they put up a system but it's when they feel like it knowing that there are people who have to go to work and you go early to make the appointment to avoid congestion But they really work terribly bad bad bad Can you believe that my story doesn't end? I go today September 20th, Constitution Day and the Hospital is closed 😂😂 but the mayor's office works I don't understand how such important essential services are run over like this yesterday I couldn't wait for work and today that I got the day off they don't work it's incredible in Loiza in terms of health it is on the floor

The worst place to call or visit. Terrible patient service. Bad attitude; they should retrain their employees or hire new ones. You call and they hang up on you. They have the same attitude on the phone and in person; they seem to dislike being asked questions. I regret choosing this IPA a thousand times over. Stay away from this place.
