Since the phone system changed it became impossible to get in touch with a live person, only automated voice system. Before they answered and now you have to select a bunch of options, leave a message and they don’t even call back.

From ease of use with the online portal to fill prescriptions, timelines of those being filled, professionalism of the front office staff and the pharmacists when you have a question about your medication.
