I have ALWAYS gotten my blood work done here for my endocrinologist well today I went to get it done and the lab lady was completely unprofessional and called me a liar and told me I had never had my blood work there before. She was jumping on me as if I had put the orders in the computer under a Devi hadn’t seen! She refused my labs and told me to leave and then proceeded to go to the front desk and jump on the check in lady who didn’t know what to do in the first place so she asked for help and someone else told her to put me in under vanzees patient. The lab lady not realizing I was standing on the other side of the wall continuing to tell her I didn’t know what I was doing and I had never been there!! I have never been anywhere else for my blood work so I’m not sure why I was treated that way it could’ve been from a dr that ordered it from their western clinic to begin with idk. I will never return there!

My wife and I just moved up from kingsport, and this is the sorriest excuse I've ever seen for a doctors office. Evey thing started out great a very nice nurse took my wifes info being very professional then we get put into the room to wait for the doc. Dr. Almatari comes in and my wife starts to explained all her medical history to Dr. Almatari and he didn't even listen or even try to listen we both had to explain things multiple times to him. This was the first ever Appt with him and she kept bringing up her medical history he said "I can only do a couple of complaints per visit" dude we aren't complaining we are giving her medical history and you still refuse to listen to us. He acted like he didn't believe anything that she or I had to say. Look I've had some bad doctors, I'm a veteran and before we could change doctors at the VA I was stuck with what I thought was a bad one but Dr. Almatari is the worst doc I've ever seen and that's saying a lot!!! Then after the Appt my wife needed to get labs done, okay no biggie. I'm sitting in the waiting area and I hear a nurse a little away from me in the hall say "that lady with the heart issues talks so slow and I don't have time to deal with her or her issues at all" while looking around making sure the lady isn't still around. Really you're the nurse that's what you get paid for, I went into the lab area and told my wife what happened she looked at me and was like really, even the nurse in that area looked at me with a embarrassing look on her face. My wife and I will not be returning to this medical place at all, from what I've seen today this place is a joke and doesn't have your best medical interest at heart. I don't understand how this place is still open!

I beg to differ on the comment that someone left about Dr. Almatari. I never had any problems with him as my doctor and he is my father's doctor now. They are always good to us there.

The new facility in Jonesville is nice. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. I see Dr Couch. I have always been the most healthy during the times I went to Stone Mountain Health. I think they have a good medical group.
