This was probably one of the most pleasant visits, at a medical facility, I have ever experienced; particularly since I was not feeling well at all! Onboarding was paperless. Administrative staff was extremely hospitable, kind, and helpful. I was put in the hands of a physician's assistant (Taylor). Taylor was extremely patient and thorough with my diagnosis. Two pharmacies are located within a couple of blocks of this care center. Never underestimate nor under-appreciate the value, presence, and availability of quality rural healthcare. This facility rivals any urban healthcare facility.
I can never call, and place an appointment online, or otherwise, and when I walk in they get mad, even though there’s a walk-ins welcome sign. And the number provided by google for this office is wrong. It’s some random guy, who as soon as I said I was trying to make an appointment said that’s the wrong number. But overall when I do get seen there it’s clean, and everyone is really nice.
Easy, fast, great service! The PA really listened to me and my concerns. She was informative and so so helpful. I appreciate their service and medical treatment.
Great experience! Short wait time. Dr.Knight is pleasant professional, attentive, and makes you feel at ease. The nurse was also professional, attentive, and friendly!
Ashley Stevens is a wonderful therapist! She has been very helpful for me and my family! Jonnay also does a wonderful job. She is always great about reminding me of my appointments and keeps me on track! Keep up the good work ladies! I truly appreciate you!
