I'm a landlord in Douglas of a low income community. This program (one lady in particular) failed to send checks to the right address twice, had the wrong email for me, twice and didn't take any responsibility for messing up. She lied about dates checks are sent out. After 2 months of waiting for tenant rents, I had to call the direct supervisor to get the checks sent. Another tenant was put off from a meeting after he walked across town and was essentially evicted for non payment because the program wouldn't help! Terrible!

The ladies up front were very helpful and quick with their service!! I recommend anybody that is needing any assistance due to the hard times to check this place out because even if they can’t help, they know of other places they can!

I took a friend of mine here to make an appointment to get signed up for the ERAP program. The place was busy with people waiting to be seen. The staff was patient, friendly and very caring taking care of all the clients. They even made time for me even though I didn't need to sign up for their assistance! This is my first experience in this office and I was impressed. I recommend calling and making that appointment regardless of how long it takes to talk to someone. It is worth the wait.
