I really like my doctor but the admiration is a joke at best. The referral program is virtually nonexistent. I've had to have 3 referrals since I've been there and all 3 took months and at least 10 phone calls each.
I INCLUDED A PHOTO & THIS PLEDGE ON THEIR WEBSITE…. LIES! LIES!! LIES!! I called the call center and spoke to the representative about making a complaint since it’s the HEADQUARTERS today on 9/5/2025. Melissa kept interrupting me RUDE & TALKING AT THE SAME TIME AS ME! Can’t hear anything at this point! FRUSTRATING MORE!! The person named Melissa was the only person it was at 1:04PM spent 15 minutes on the phone asking to speak to the person in charge and Angelica is the only person in charge of the complaints she out of the office OF COURSE 🤬 and then I asked to speak to Melissa’s manager the person answering the call and basically she wouldn’t put the manager on the phone. Melissa denied me and put ME ON HOLD THEN CAME BACK & SAID SHE CANT then I said why, Melissa no reason & just can’t 😳 & I’m gonna make a complaint against Melissa so she wanna take my complaint!!! So basically her “ OWN” complaint!! WAIT!! WHAT!! I then I said to make a complaint about YOU and you’re gonna take your own complaint that doesn’t make any sense so then later on later, I just hung up and call back to see if anybody else would answer it’s the same person Melissa 😳 and I said she said oh if I wanna call make a complaint about Melissa then call in a hour which is that too so I could just call you know just whenever I need to call the convenience of them she said everybody was out to lunch. Melissa denied me to talk to her manager to make the complaint about her and she’s just saying one thing and making up another and changed our story and it’s ridiculous and UNPROFESSIONAL!! That’s not Customer Service. This is I’m outraged. 🤬😳😠
Very unprofessional staff. Call Center is a joke. They ve violated HIIPA twice. They ve made my friend wait so far a year for a swallowing test. In the mean time she can t eat for fear of choking. Referrals take forever and majority of the time you re referred to the wrong doctor and have to start all over again. I feel they take advantage of low income patients that don’t know how to take charge of their healthcare. Worst place I’ve ever seen
4 days ago took a COVID test at the Clovis drive thru event. Got a call last night that disconnected. No call back. I've been trying to get a hold of them all morning but their calls disconnect. Ridiculous service. To think I cancelled an appointment with Rite Aid for these guys. Never again.
Went to go have Covid testing. Was told it would take 2-3 days for results. Nobody contacts me after the 2-3 days. I call for 3 days straight and nobody answers the phone. Finally the 4th day I get a hold of someone and they say results aren't in yet, its been a week at this point. So I wait again and as usual nobody contacts me. Because I self quarentined, my two weeks would be up if I were positive. So no thanks to UHC I figure I'm negative. I only gave one star because the test was free.
