Had a televisit appointment with Dr.Carroll Phyllis today. It’s great and satisfying each time I meet with her either in person or on the phone. Her listening skills and her ability to meet you where you are mentally and willingness to discuss and come to an agreement on the best course of action is very good for the patient- doctor relationship. I am very satisfied with Brighter Beginning especially because of that.

We’ve had a mixed of good and bad experiences with this clinic. I got a text message saying if you would like to cancel an appointment then give them a call. I didn’t even say or call back and they canceled my nieces appointment. So when we got there there was no appointment. Communication needs improvement. Clinic is small but clean. Recently they have been doing ok. My nieces doctor Sheina is very sweet/nice. So just depends on the day you go I guess.
